Business Central invoice automation and ERP integrations
Your Private Dev builds AI agents and integrations around the ERP your finance team runs on. For Kintec Global it built an email-driven agent that reads contractor invoice requests, checks them against Business Central through its REST and OData endpoints, generates the invoice with the correct posting logic, validates it against accounting rules and historical patterns, and finalizes the payment workflow. That removed 70+ hours of manual invoicing a month, and standard invoice cycles now run with no human in the loop. For Aid Through Trade it built a two-way sync between the Brightpearl ERP and HubSpot. One senior engineer does the building, on a fixed-scope written quote.
An invoicing agent for Business Central
Kintec manages contractor invoicing across complex finance workflows. Every invoice meant manual parsing of email requests, cross-checking against Business Central, generating documents, validating and finalizing: 70+ hours a month of repetitive, error-prone work that could not scale.
Now contractors email a request in free-form natural language and the agent does the rest. It parses the request, cross-verifies every figure against the Kintec Business Central database through REST and OData endpoints, generates the invoice with the correct posting logic, validates it against accounting rules and historical patterns, and finalizes the payment workflow. It is built in Python around an LLM agent with email parsing.

Two-way syncs between an ERP and your CRM
Aid Through Trade runs orders, customers and its product catalog in Brightpearl, its ERP, while sales works in HubSpot. The sync carries HubSpot changes to Brightpearl in real time and Brightpearl data to HubSpot daily, with orders showing in HubSpot as deals with line items, so sales sees what each customer buys.
It includes loop protection, a historical migration and data cleanup, and runs on Python, FastAPI and GCP Cloud Run.

Two ERP builds, with the detail
- 70+ hof manual invoicing removed every month
Kintec Global · 2026. An agent that turns contractor invoice requests into finalized Business Central invoices: 70+ hours a month of manual invoicing removed.
- 10.4kBrightpearl contacts migrated into HubSpot and kept in sync
Aid Through Trade · 2025. Brightpearl and HubSpot kept in step: real time one way, daily the other, with 10,399 contacts migrated.
When ERP automation is the right call
It fits when your team repeats the same finance tasks every week and the steps are clear enough to write down: parse the request, check it against the ledger, create the record, validate, finalize. Both builds here replaced work that was being done by hand between an inbox or a CRM and the ERP.
It does not fit when no process exists yet, when an off-the-shelf tool already solves the problem cleanly, or when scope is undefined and nobody can make decisions.
Weighing a no-code connector against a custom build? Zapier or Make vs a custom integration: when each fits.
How does an engagement work?
- 01
Discovery
A 15-minute scoping call with direct questions about the goal and the constraints, so the written quote that follows matches what you need.
- 02
Written quote
Fixed scope, timeline, and deliverables on paper before any code is written.
- 03
Build phase
Daily async updates and weekly demo so you always see exactly where it stands.
- 04
Launch + support
Production deploy, documentation, and a 14-day fix window after handover.
- Fixed price, in writing first. After the 15-minute call you get a written quote with fixed scope, timeline and deliverables, within 48 hours and before any code is written.
- You own what is built. Full ownership transfers at handover, with documentation and handoff-ready code your team can keep extending.
- A 14-day fix window. Production deploy, documentation, and a 14-day fix window after handover.
Common questions
Can an AI agent create invoices in Business Central?
Yes. The agent built for Kintec Global parses contractor invoice requests that arrive by email, cross-verifies them against Business Central, generates the invoice with the correct posting logic, validates it against accounting rules and historical patterns, and finalizes the payment workflow. Standard invoice cycles run with no human in the loop.
How does the agent connect to Business Central?
Through Business Central's REST and OData endpoints, which is how the Kintec agent reads the data it verifies against.
How much manual work did the Business Central agent remove?
At Kintec, 70+ hours a month of manual contractor invoicing: parsing email requests, cross-checking against Business Central, generating documents, validating and finalizing.
Can you sync an ERP such as Brightpearl with HubSpot?
Yes. The Aid Through Trade build keeps Brightpearl and HubSpot in step, real time from HubSpot and daily from Brightpearl. The HubSpot integrations page has the detail.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is fixed and agreed in writing before any code is written. After a 15-minute scoping call you get a written quote with fixed scope, timeline and deliverables within 48 hours. A fixed price means the cost is set by that written scope rather than by hours worked, so you know what you are committing to before the build starts. No price list is published, because every project is scoped on its own.
Do I own the code?
Yes, you own what is built. Full ownership transfers at handover, together with documentation and handoff-ready code that your team can keep extending. That means you are not tied to the engineer who built it: your own team or another developer can pick the code up. Handover comes after the production deploy and is followed by a 14-day fix window.
